Located in the desirable and historic town of Hope and just a 20 minute walk from the Nature Reserve, this proposed development will provide a range of family homes and bungalows on the land of the former primary school beside the Village Hall.
Our initial proposals for the site include a range of 2 and 3-bedroom houses and 2-bedroom bungalows. Our generously spaced 2-bedroom homes are ideal for local first-time buyers whilst our 3-bedroom homes offer generous living space for growing families. The bungalows are ideal for residents looking to downsize or who require ground floor accommodation.
All homes will be built to Nationally Described Space Standards and designed and constructed to reduce carbon emissions to enhance comfort for residents.
The development benefits from easy access to the range of amenities on offer in the nearby towns of Minsterley and Pontesbury. Our current ideas are subject to detailed consultation with the local community, stakeholders and the Local Planning Authority.
The online consultation has now closed as of 14th March and we have reviewed all ideas and feedback. Thank you for your feedback on the proposal for the site, your comments have helped influence the design.

Cornovii Developments Limited will work with the local community to ensure that our redevelopment enhances the local area and disruption during the construction period is minimised. Construction activity is necessarily disruptive, but it is also exciting and can provide opportunities for the local community and local people.
We are committed to working with local companies and local people who want to work as part of the redevelopment process. It’s not all about site labour – important though that is – and our forthcoming social values pages will outline our approach to job opportunities.
We will provide several financial contributions for local amenities as part of the proposed development and working with our construction partners we will be seeking further ways to optimise the benefits of our activity for local residents.
