London Road, Shrewsbury, SY5 6QT
Our proposal for the London Road Innovation Housing Scheme comprises of a mix of 135 new homes, ranging from 1 to 4 bedroom houses, apartments and bungalows. The properties will include 88 Low Energy Homes, plus 15 Carbon Neutral Homes, and all properties will offer a minimum 31% betterment to current building regulation standards for energy efficiency.
The London Road site will aim to deliver a mixed-tenure scheme, and will include affordable and shared ownership homes, supporting our goal to provide the opportunity for people to get onto the property ladder. Catering for buyers who wish to influence, or entirely design and build their new home, the development will also include 16 custom build plots and 16 self-build plots. Cornovii’s Low Energy and Carbon Neutral Homes will be some of the most sustainable homes built within the County and will contain technology such as air source heat pumps and solar PV panels.
