The development includes a mix of 1 to 4 bedroom houses, apartments, and bungalows. These will be available across a range of tenures including outright sale, shared ownership, and affordable rent. Are the homes energy efficient? Yes. The development includes 88 Low Energy Homes and 15 built to the Future Homes Standard. All homes will exceed current building regulations for energy efficiency by at least 19%, and many will feature air source heat pumps and solar PV panels. Will there be community benefits? Yes. The scheme includes green spaces, play areas, and community amenities. It is also expected to generate over £500,000 in community infrastructure levy to be spent locally. Do we offer priority to those with a local connection? Yes, we prioritise individuals with a connection to the local area during the first 14 days of the sales release. The development delivered a mix of house types including affordable rent, shared ownership and market sale homes.  Cornovii Developments is committed to enhancing local areas in which it delivers new homes. To support local people and infrastructure near The Frith, Cornovii Homes contributed £160,000 to fund the construction of a BMX track at the recreation ground in Upton Lane, Belvidere and created more than eight apprenticeships on site and all contractors were appointed from within Shropshire.
