Project Details

Our proposal for the site comprises a range of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses, plus 1 and 2 bedroom bungalows. Our generously spaced 2 bedroom homes are ideal for local first time buyers whilst our 3 and 4 bedroom homes offer generous living space for growing families. The bungalows are ideal for residents looking to downsize or who require ground floor accommodation.

All homes will be built to Nationally Described Space Standards and designed and constructed to reduce carbon emissions to enhance comfort for residents and deliver an EPC ‘B’* rating with energy saving features. All properties will achieve an Environmental Impact Assessment rating of ‘A’.

The site benefits from easy access to all of the amenities in Bayston Hill, such as the primary school, GP surgery, convenience store, post office and the library.

Our current proposals are subject to detailed consultation with the local community, stakeholders and the Local Planning Authority.
