What will my property include? 

When purchasing your property, you will have a variety of options to choose from. For example you can choose flooring and tiling in your kitchen and bathroom, kitchen and cupboard worktops, and various upgrades. 

Do you offer Shared Ownership properties?

No, we do not currently offer Shared Ownership properties. 

Can I part exchange my existing property?

No, we do not currently offer part exchange on any of our available properties. 

What is the criteria for buying a property from you?

You will have to have a local connection to the area

Will I have to pay Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT)?

If you are a first time buyer, you will pay less or no tax if the property price is less than £425,000. If you already own or have previously owned a property, you will be liable to pay Stamp Duty Land Tax. Is the Plot Reservation Fee included in the purchase price?

Yes, the Plot Reservation Fee will be deducted from the purchase price. 

Are there any discounts available? 

At present we are not offering any discounts on the available properties. 

Do you provide aftercare support?

I have already purchased a property from you. How do I report a defect?

Are there any public open spaces within the development? 

Yes, we include Public Open Space areas in all of our developments. 

Is a service charge payable?

Yes, a service charge will be payable for the maintenance of public open space areas. 

Do you offer the Help To Buy Scheme?

At present we are not offering the Help To Buy Scheme. 

Do your properties come with a warranty?

Yes, all of our properties come with a 10 year LABC Warranty. You can find more details here: LABC Warranty
