The Frith was Cornovii Developments Ltds’ first venture and has been a great success with strong interest from the early stages of construction through to the last sale completion. The redevelopment of a former brownfield site into much needed homes is an excellent example of housing led regeneration.
The development, in Frith Close, Crowmoor, Shrewsbury, has proved to be the perfect location for couples, families and working professionals looking to make the most of fantastic amenities and travel connections.
We are proud to have created a vibrant community at The Frith and welcomed 33 couples and families to their new homes which range from two, three and four-bedroom houses and bungalows, both detached and semi-detached. The development delivered a mix of house types including affordable rent, shared ownership and market sale homes.
Cornovii Developments is committed to enhancing local areas in which it delivers new homes. To support local people and infrastructure near The Frith, Cornovii Homes contributed £160,000 to fund the construction of a BMX track at the recreation ground in Upton Lane, Belvidere and created more than eight apprenticeships on site and all contractors were appointed from within Shropshire.
