Getting Started Is Simple
Just pop into one of our show homes at Charles’ View and speak to our friendly sales advisors. They’ll take your details and arrange convenient times for two local estate agents to visit your home and carry out valuations. These valuations will help us complete a full Property Appraisal.
Once the valuation is complete, we’ll instruct the agents to begin marketing your home at the agreed price and keep you updated every step of the way.
Reserving Your New Cornovii Home
As soon as your current home is on the market, you can reserve your chosen Cornovii home* for a fully refundable £150 fee. This will hold your new home for 42 days, giving you time to progress your sale. If things don’t go ahead, your reservation fee will be refunded in full. (*Selected plots only.)
