An update from Cornovii Developments

Shropshire Council has announced its decision to close Cornovii Developments Limited. 

While we are disappointed by the decision, we recognise the significant financial pressures facing the Council and understand that it has had to make some difficult choices. 

The closure of Cornovii will be carefully managed. Cornovii remains operational, and our immediate priority is to provide reassurance and continuity for our existing customers. 

If you rent a Cornovii home, there is no change to how you report repairs or contact us about your tenancy. Please continue to contact Spencer Jakeman in the usual way. 

If you have purchased a Cornovii home or are a Rent to Own customer, the closure will not affect the warranties or guarantees relating to your home. Please continue to contact us at he***@**************co.uk with any enquiries.
